IRCTC hikes services charges for booking for 2S/SL by Rs 10 and AC class by Rs.20 from 1/4/15.Added to this platform tickets will be dearer by Rs 5 from 1/4/15. Really ACCHE DIN for hapless train users.

Why does any increase in prices be seen as buray din for the public? So even after 20 years if someone dares to increase the service charges, even then we should oppose it? The last revision of IRCTC service charges was done ages ago. When IRCTC improved the tatkal experience, no one lauded it but when it does this everyone pounce upon them. I think they should elt us stand in the Q at PRS counters and then we will know the importance of IRCTC .
