if i have tatkal w/l ticket, can i cancel ticket before chat prepare ? "urgent"
E-ticket or PRS..? if e-ticket it'll get automatically cancelled if it remains in waitlist even after chart preparation or if prs then u'll have to go to counter to get it cancelled.
i want to cancel before chat preparation. is it possible to cancel?
