We are having railway E ticket from Mangalore Central to Shoranur with confirmed two berths and other three with WL status for journey on 01/06/2015. If the WL list passengers status are not changed, can the entire group travel on the reserved class for which they taken ticket...???
Yes they can travel as they fall under the same pnr. Their name will also appear on the chart. Only thing is they have to adjust berth with the other 2 passengers if the ticket remains waitlisted and tte is unable to provide berths.
