AC booking wont stop at 11. It will continue...
From 10, u can book for AC, from 11 sleeper.

The people booking through PRS may have a tough time. Imagine an individual tries AC and does not get confirmed ticket. He then has to stand in a separate queue for sleeper wherein in all probability there would already have been a big queue formed.
But an individual trying online can still log in and try for sleeper if he does not get AC without going through the hassle of queue etc.
