May be only earth works have been started. I traveled in this route last month by KK. I don't recollect seeing any doubling work between YNK DMM. The electrification is complete though.

Doubling work going on slowly in SWR section.. I feel that SCR's section will be completed first. YPR-DMM-GY is half SWR/half SCR..SWR is always slow in completion of projects.

thats so sad .. SWR says that YPR DMM is saturated section still they dont double it .. dont know when swr pax will enjoy high speed journeys ..
