I m at CST Mumbai station since morning 8 am to get rescheduled time of train no.12289.
Now its 14.56 no update given by railway authority.
I have pic of this scene which is painful. I can't cancel the ticket bcoz its confirmed tatakal railway authority won't back the cancellations amount.
