Hi,
Better option is, get down in Sagara, U will get good hotels for accomodation. Then U can visit Sigandoor temple Nd JOG falls ..

They don't allow to go down during monsoon. The steps are blocked. Kodachadri is quite far and again the path during this time is just slush.
From Talguppa you will get buses every 20 mins both private and KSRTC. Rs 25 only. Usually there is a bus from Sagara waiting when the train arrives.
