My first ride in Chennai metro . I was very excited to travel in Chennai metro , it was more similar to Bangalore metro. Only the rake was different , CMRL uses pantograph to collect the current instead of third rail. One more good thing is women were given more challenging positions too right from controlling to piloting , KUDOS Chennai citizens . The only negative thing is the exorbitant fare, it should be framed once again. Namma metro was cheaper. I'm uploading the pics.

Pic 1 is towards airport and St Thomas mount.
Pic 2 is 1st floor where the line from mount road will be joining Alandur .
Even MRTS will be joined with CMRL mostly
