Grievance Description : Today i contacted YPR station no.23371444,Ckickbanavara BAW station No.23720070 and Tumkuru TK no.0816/2278438 and 2278428 to know the actual arrival train no.18111 TATA-BYPL weekly exp which terminates at YPR around 6.30 pm. The train had left TATA on 5/2/14 and was to reach YPR at 18/30 hrs. However no body took the phone in all the above stations around 5.30 pm. The helpline no.139 and SPOT YOUR TRAIN also did not give the information about arrival as it was not uploaded properly. I finally went to YPR around 6.30 pm where i could know that train may come around 7 pm. Finally 18111 reached PF 4 of YPR at 7.10 pm.Unable to get information over phone put me lot of tension and pressure. Please look into this and set right the things.
