It is high time IR wakes up to reality of "Divide and Run" policy .... with refernce to bifurcating trains in TWO ... one part for upper class and other part for SL class.. with two engines ... Unlsess the Govt wants :
1-every year their compensation bill on rise
2-and Loss of Lives to continue
3-and Traffic disrupted
4-and...
more...

slowed down running
5-and poor maintenance work
Which country have such a large number of boggies and that giving problems of
Servicing by Cleaning department, Pantry Car services, Thieving and Robbery and violence on women man children and aged, maintenance of coaches itself, Work of TTE becoming more troublsome Running on Track Safety Issues. Further parking on platform also is not wholesome. Some Coaches are left out at the end or in the beginning.
Instead of introducing new trains every year,
IR can use the money on Guage conversion and Electrification of pending track, think of speeding up the trains with new Locos
