dear bloggers ! as we know that delhi metros are running in good shape and they truly reflect the positive side of india. but as we know india is a big country, then why we can't afford bullet trains (350km/hr) across the country. as we are the second biggest economic hub. and we always curse our population rather than using it as manpower like china. why we don't oppose the ugly looking mumbai locals. it is actually the politicians ,who are enjoying on our money. there is really no growth in the speed of railway sectors. making or launching of 100 new trains of 50 km/hr speed is not going to solve our purpose.

Yes Vinitaji, aware of that fact of Europe, UK, USA. But history cannot be denied. UK was the first nation to start trains. But their road network overtook the railways. Next came US. Trains came later, but their road network is such, and cost of petrol is so cheap that people use the highways at 120/140 kmph, and avoid trains. If you are keeping in touch regularly you will find that railways in US are now running in losses, except in few cases. Plus, air travel is so prevalent that even small cities, say for example, in India, Agra next to Delhi will have as many as twenty or more flights. An example from America: New York to Boston has turnaround flights every 15 minutes and takes exactly 45 mns. Why should anyone use a train which will take nearly three/four hours? Air Deccan flourished till the end - thats why he sold it at a profit and went off. still spice jet & go air are making profits with low fare, whereas the big ones cry b'cos they do not wish to bring the fares down.
people started shifting to airlines, but ultimately the RAILWAYS proved to be more reliable than the air.

Vineeta madam shayad, aap North Zone railways ka Senior DRM hai. to aap hi kyu Bullet train ke liye normal log se kyu bol rahi ho. aap direct sarkar se bolo.
Mere khayal se aap to kabhi train se travel karti hi nahi hogi.. to aapko hamari dikkat ke baare me kya malum.
Waise bhi aapka laptop maine hi check kiya tha, New-era service centre.. lucknow ...kuch yaad aaya...
