May we guess any Torist/Omni Lobby blocked Pune to Bangalore/Chennai trains.
This is great decision by Supreme Court Panel... This line should be scrapped... also Gadag-Wadi line should be scrapped such a waste of money as Munirabad-Raichur work is going on there is no need of Gadag-Wadi as of now... instead they should build Shahabad-Bijapur... Hubli-Ankola is waste of money and natural resources...
For the next decade railway should target to finish the following new lines , which are very useful.
1. Surat - Nashik
2. Jagdhalpur - Wardha
3. Coimbatore - Banglore
4. Bubaneshwar - Ballharsha

Coimbatore-Bangalore line is there, but there are no trains to take care of load in that sector.
Madurai - Ernakulam will be another money waste exercise, since after the survey, some envirnomental problem will be cited due to ghat section and report will be sent to dustbin. Survey amount will go in the drain.
