POY-PTJ outer was transferred to PGT division ten years back . See I'm not blaming TVC division for KTYM and PGT for PTJ , since if a resident from those places files a case then automatically the works will come to a screeching halt , so it's not wise to blame to TVC or PGT or SR . There are many instances where people deny to give the land despite giving a better compensation , eg bydarahalli stretch in SBC mys ... PTJ outer to POY is with PGT not with MDU
When MDU division did light engine trial between Palani & Pollachi the engine was not allowed to Pollachi Jn and it came in media.
Yes , Actually TN needs CBE to be connected first than PGT but people are happy that PGT line is commissioned , thats why none blamed PGT division or SR for giving importance to POY-PTJ line since lots of Keralites reside in Pollachi. Its really interesting that PGT division rejected MDU's light engine trial , AFAIK MDU division is really keen on the developments of POY-PTJ/PGT since erstwhile it was under MDU's jurisdiction
I also think so... TN people and even SR / GC planners wanted PTJ to be first connected by POY - PTJ line ... but due to the land acquisition case in CNV in POY - PTJ stretch, the funds allocated to this project were diverted to POY - PGTN line ... not to blame PGT div or MDU div or SR or RB ... GC was normally done as per plans .. 1] DG - PLNI, 2] PLNI - POY, 3] POY - PTJ and 4] POY - PGTN ...
