Just ignore. If they fall and die, it's their loss. If you search on YouTube, you'll find videos wherein people stand on mainlines in double/triple line sections and shoot videos. They are responsible for their actions and if someday people thrash these so called railfans or they get runover, then they'll learn. And there are the so-called senior railfans who definitely deserve to get thrashed in public. They think that just because they own a camera and have an affinity for trains, they have all the EFFing rights in the world to stand like a boss on platforms and shoot videos or pictures regardless of how the people around them might feel. Clicking casual pics/videos while at crowded stations where the fellow passengers will not doubt your intentions is fine but acting like BBC documentary photographers is not.

well said sir , RF's should be very careful when they snap a pic. we may be taking a pic of train but the waysiders may think we are snapping a pic of a girl or we indulge in some terrorist activites...
Exactly sir...sometime people take it in other way.....but there are concern only for their security and Privacy.....
Snapping pictures/videos from live tracks needs immediate stopping. When I stand just behind the boundary line drawn on the platform and a train passes, I feel so scared. Railfanning is indeed a risky hobby but if you are watchful and take safety precautions, it is really great.
A cautious railfan is any day better than a dead railfan!!
