The Railways have increased the sectional speed in the Poonkunnam- Guruvayur section from the existing 50 km per hour to 90 km per hour.

With a good speed increase, quite surprising that the overall time taken by trains has only had a minor time change which is quite strange considering that there is only 1 station in between
may be one should travel and c, how much time it take in real time.
