Tamilnadu and Kerala States are not at all interested in financial participation of the Railway Projects like other southern Andhra,Telengana and Karnataka.But demands more and more Railway Projects.

mainly freight dominated lines are included... kerala has very small freight traffic so kerala lines not included..
