What is Blank paper ticket ?.. and when it will be issued..? plz clarify about this

blank paper ticket the case where you get advantage of telescopic fares where you book full ticket for entire journey and with the 1st ticket get the ticket booked for 2nd leg of journey

Yes u can buy, say u r going from new delhi to bhavnagar (BVC) where no direct train is available, u fill reservation slip as follows:
from : new delhi to bhavnagar
boarding point new delhi reservation upto ahmedabad
