the top right corner notification should be auto sync with the time i.e....

if any new post update or news item added all open window should have same notification
right now this happens say you have opened 5 IRI tabs each has notification at top right now if you click on one tab pvt notification that tab will have then latest notification while rest will keep old notification and shows 1pvt all the time untill u refersh it.
In angular js we have some thing called data binding so if any thing update from server it auto update on browser without any delay
