I have to travel from NewDelhi to Meerut today... but I am not sure what time I can catch a Trains.
Can I pre book a ticket ONLINE (Reserved/Unreserved) that will be valid in any of the Trains I find available at that Moment?

Unreserved tickets, Journey should commence within 3hrs from the time of Purchase. SF ticket will help to board a EXp or Passenger train in worst case.
No you can't. You need to visit railway station ticket counter.
u cant buy unreserved tickets online.only at PRS or at ATVM:).....another option is find out the current reservation availability at PRS for next 4hrs departures and book accordingly...since its festiv time u may not find easy:)
Get a bus from Anand Vihar ISBT. There are hundreds of buses from delhi to meerut.
