I have to travel from NewDelhi to Meerut today... but I am not sure what time I can catch a Trains.
Can I pre book a ticket ONLINE (Reserved/Unreserved) that will be valid in any of the Trains I find available at that Moment?

Unreserved tickets, Journey should commence within 3hrs from the time of Purchase. SF ticket will help to board a EXp or Passenger train in worst case.
