My request to Indian Government is to take as much as Swacch Bharat cess as you want but please ban pan, gutkha, tambakoo permanently in Indian Railway.

Sir forget Cigarettes, betel leaves, Gutka...........I have seen people smoking Ganja.....inhaling Dendrite inside the passenger coaches and on the door plates.....
The first thing is the mentality and the attitude of the passengers has to be changed, then only we can see neat and tidy coaches. I have noticed several times people used to eat peanuts insid ethe coaches and throughing the shell inside the compartments, in AC class too, and in rajdhanis its noticed that the paper cups were thrown under the seats. So to make railway neat and clean the attitude and mentality of the passengers has to be changed.
One simple thing i noticed in the toilet on my last travel Duranto was very pathetic, Somebody had put rail neer bottle into the Water closet and it got stucked inside it, Niter water is going down nor any body is...

Oh really... Admit that north Karnataka has lot of Gutka consumers.. But that doesn't have any stinking impact on Public transport buses..
