Booking '30 minutes before departure' at Origin station, requires ;
1-passengers must have smartphone or laptop with Fastest internet plan...
2-PRS window must be available exclusively for such passengers who want to book tickets for those trains which are departing within 30 minutes...
First point may not be under control of IR but second point is possible....
