As i am in the city, Yesterday have been to CCT/COA c&w yard and have made the following observations:
1) pit line occupancy chart (enclosed)
2) pitline 1 for tpty passenger and seshadri maintained daily (both have their own rsa)
3) so there is vacancy for one complete daily train that can be introduced and maintained during afternoon hrs at pitline 1 (after shifting...

Shorter route will be through VSKP. but if u see like wise providing to a larger group and of also a factor of CCT controlled by SCR then via BZA will have larger chances. In fact TPTY - BSB via VSKP is a better option having RSA with CCT - BSB via BZA
