Did they use NATM for tunnel?? or the usual dynamite explode-excavate method?
How Can they Blast All is Used by Drilling Machine not By Dynamite Blasting other wise Blast will make Avalanche
that actually depends where they are working and presence of water in mountains etc.
although this does looks more like NATM or drilling/boring machine as you said.

Mostly probably NATM......Dynamite explode-excavate would likely be riskier here....
