Landing at CCU Airport at 15:00, can I catch 12313 Sealdah-New Delhi Rajdhani, leaving SDAH at 16:50? I am travelling alone, but have 1 checked in baggage. What will be the fastest way to reach SDAH from the airport?

very very tough. I have been on the route via Ultadanga at similar timings between Airport and SDAH and the traffic was crawling at snail's pace.
Still best option will be the taxi/Ola/Uber. I suggest you to take the Rajarhat road(longer but free of congestions) instead of Ultadanga road

What if I take a rick to DumDum Junction? Then a local to SDAH. Will this be faster?
No DumDum Railway station is far form Airport. There is a station inside Airport Complex Biman Bandar but there are less trains. Forget Trains. Just Try to Get a cab as fast as you can or else pre book i.e Uber/Ola etc. Just Tell the Cabbie to Go Via CIT Road-Manicktala Road and Finally get into Acharya Jagdish Chandra Road. It will take around 30-40 mins at that time.Although Cab driver will himself take you via these roads but make sure that you say mention the way to him. Dont Worry You will even have plenty of time to kill at Sealdah. :)
Alternate option, book a ticket in Duronto too just to be on the safer side. ; ) (if there is a duronto that day)
