GTL WDM3A # 16600R with High Capacity Parcel Vans Rake at Pune on Saturday, 28-Nov-2015, at morning 08:10 hrs!
what does that R in #16600'R' represents,is there any significance?
R=Rebuilt.
the loco was originally a WDM 2 which was then rebuilt into WDM 3A by changing the generator and traction motor, usually done at DMW (Patiala)
