this largely unpopular train is the fastest rail connectivity between delhi and bangalore, and often berths will be available even tiil the last moment, maintains excellent speed for most part of the journey except the tough gradients of SWR between DMM and YPR, but still manages to beat the rajdhani by one hour in terms of speed.(with similar halts, but of technical nature)
