How is LHB Maintenance & Care Facility different from those of ICF Coaches.. ?
How & what changes does a Terminal need to do (additional facility) to get Primary maintenance of a Train ?

NT mch info, just some guess:
1. LHB dnt need comprehensive bottom check as it dnt hav dynamo & hence just wheel bearing & axle chck!!
2. POH must b extended in case of LHB!!
3. The maintenance will be at par Rajdhani (for non AC even) cz of differing circuit & AC Duct (against ICF Dynamo enabled Rake), which certainly enhance timeline for...

then why all stations dont get PM for LHB rakes ? if its the case give RNC Raj & DBRG Raj to SER & NFR , why NR is doing it ?
I mostly focused Non-Raj LHB Rake (as already Raj Rake use to b Non-Dynamo..smething whch prevails for LHB)!!
Its nt abt give & take bt feasibility!!

These are RB decisions, which can be quite arbitrary at times.
also, one needs to consider the economic viability of doing so. LHB coaches require different maintenance and their yards have different set of equipments (feel free to go through this unbearably long document, but the important stuff is towards end click here and thisclick here ) it isn't feasible to give maintainance depots for LHB coaches at every coaching depot now, especially those which have handful of LHB trains
