Disappointing news for TN & GT Express. Lhb rakes of SR now transferred to SCR. SR has no EOG coaches to power these LHB coaches. Also SR didn't place any request for acquisition of power cars. SR has the largest no. of conventional coaches & lowest no of lhb coaches.

AFAIK, these coaches are only transferred not permanently allocated to SCR means the coaches will be of SR only. So I rule out regular SCR trains like Gowthami or AP. It would may be for any tatkal fare special or suvidha express.
Very bad! Many trains of other zones are being LHBfied but not in SR. I think SR should have waited.
Agree. Instead of sending entire rake, it could have placed request to temporarily acquire EOG of any different zone. Also, it could have allotted rake to any weekly or biweekly train in SR.
I remember EOG of SECR was used by NWR for JP-Jodhpur ICE for like a year. So SR should have done the same.
SR will get LHB coaches after sometime not 2 worry abt LHB & power cars, sooner or later ever zone will get LHB & EOG
