Any member having > 100 positive opinions can make Timeline edits which have to subsequently confirmed by the mod or any other admin for it to take effect!!!
Here moderator sir meant that He can update the platform number or another details of the TT, however any change would be reflected only after any admin or moderator sir himself would have confirmed the change. I hope you got the point.
