It is hereby notified for general information that keeping in view the operational requirements, Central Government has decided to revise the jurisdiction of Allahabad Division of North Central Railway and Lucknow & Izzat Nagar Divisions of North Eastern Railway.

station is transferred from Lucknow Division to Izzat Nagar Division, within North Eastern Railway. The jurisdiction of Izzat Nagar Division is extended till Kanpur Anwar Ganj (excluding).
Kanpur Anwar Ganj station and Cooperganj Goods Shed are transferred from Lucknow Division of North Eastern Railway to Allahabad Division of North Central Railway.
Accordingly the revised jurisdiction of North Eastern Railway is till Kanpur Anwar Ganj (excluding).
The changes in the above jurisdiction will come into effect from 1st April 2016
