adding few coaches is a technical issue of SCR as sc dont have all 24 coacher rakes for maintenance

Might be GR with EOG's have constraint of 18. But, I see some GR's like 12203, 12257 etc they don't have EOG. How power supply happens to them ? The CC is also around 22 coaches.
They do have EOG which are denoted as GD in CC...GD is the coach for disabled with EOG in garib rath.
Now IR is slowly coming up with P7 with HOGs, they can draw power from OH power line and to phase out EOGs, this is in early implementation stage guess Mumbai Raj is running with it.
