No there are no two stations in same city. You have rightly given info , but as per the station name it creates confusion.

DHVR means Dhanvala Wada is under Bhuj Area management where as DHG Dhrangadhara is different. DHVR details are as per /departures/8025 and it is prbably the New Line going from Bhuj to Naliya under conversion to BG. And most important part is The Train is starting from Gandhidham and going towards Ahmendabad. So logically too, DHVR can not be enroute station.
