Yes, that is correct. This was a long-pending suggestion which has now been implemented. Here is a summary:

If member A blocks member B:

member B CANNOT see the Public posts of member A. But if member B logs out, he/she CAN see the public posts of member A. (All guests can see all public posts).
2. member B CANNOT send public reply to member A.
3. member B CANNOT send pvt posts to member A.

1. member B CAN see all the past Pvt posts & Admin, Monitor, RF Club & other Group posts of member A.
2. member B CAN see and reply to all group Posts of member A.

So, in other words, within any Group (like Admin, Monitor, RF Club, etc.), there is NO Blocking. NO interactions in public & private, but ALL interactions are permitted inside any Group.
