I had booked a ticket on train 11093. It was in waiting list when Chart Prepared. I tried to cancel the ticket . It was showing "Cancellation not allowed after chart preparation. Please file TDR"
When I tried to file TDR , it is showing "After charting all passenger in waitlist so PNR will be drop and file TDR will NOT be allowed" .

for an e-ticket your waitlisted ticket gets cancelled automatically, no need for TDR
Fully waitlisted E tickets can be cancelled by passenger using internet before chart preparation. After chart preparation it will be cancelled by Railways and money refunded automatically.
