Why the HCPV are added in coach composition ?
These are not permanent. They are added as per requirements. Then why updated in Permanent rake composition ?
If HCPV are attached , then in some trains Milk van are also added. In those trains , Milk Van should also be updated in Coach composition.

I have seen it many times...but not in its RSA...Jalianwalabag Exp.
HCPV may or may not be attached. Sometimes it gets 2 HCPV , sometimes 1 HCPV or sometimes it even doesn't gets any HCPV.
Thats why i think the HCPV should not be visible in the rake composition of the train on IRI. This creates "useless disturbances & doubts".
