because of rail-fanning also many people have died.. we have example of one person of jbp who dies while doing rf.. main thing is that railfans in passion try to get too close or too much risk... because we try to make photo or video look really awsome for viewers and risk our life.

All RF should Atleast have taken precautions ..... mostly know how its danger and what could impact ....

I feel most of the RFs do take precaution and keep necessary distance. But some go extra mile risking their life in danger. Especially by door plating.
Now if they see someone with camera, they will think that i is for selfie and can arrest you.
