Suri~ 7923 blog postsCan anyone please tell me that does South Western Railway intentionally prepare a very "Lethargic" & "Crawling" Schedule of all its train or all the trains running in its territory ?
For Example: This train if properly scheduled, then can easily be sent to Solapur for reversal with timings by 10:30 pm and can be made to arrive Hubballi (Which is the SWR HQ) by 6 am early morning.
Same has been seen in the case of Pune-ERS Poorna express between CLR and MAO. And many others like Hubballi LTT weekly express and...

Response was good as timings were ok and was a holiday special. But 48 kph SF ???
they were desperate to extract money i guess.

First SWR should make the tracks so fit that atleast 110 kmph or somehow 120 kmph could be done by trains in atleast 1 route in Karnataka. And due to this Vasco Da Gama suffers....Why don't RB transfer the COMPLETE Goa under Konkan Railway. By this some more development of VSG and QLM /Braganza Ghat would be done.

Heavy freight earnings from VSG due to Port. Now track doubling in progress from HPT to LD. Hope that improves MPS here. SWR should definitely aim for 110 and 120 MPS.
