Based on the suggestive logic and user friendly to the passengers, the train name may be changed to Mysore Chennai Express / 6221.

It may be noted that the train name appearing on the IR website is just Chennai Express. Moderator may plz verify before modifications.
I think even during chart preparation they do some business. Before chart preparation, my PNR status was RAC 10, and after chart preparation no changes taken place. While checking status, i found that even booking status of WL 249 (while my status was just WL 48) got seat confirmed. is this happens in all trains. Even TT too, taken money to allot seats to RAC passengers.
