13005- Moderate cleanliness, good punctuality in summers, average food, Just OK for railfanning.
13009- Moderate cleanliness, good punctuality in summers, No pantry car but vendors take order (do not take from them), Good for railfanning better than 13005.
13019- Takes circuitous route, hence never traveled.

Doon and Bagh do not have pc. You will be starving fo r food.himgiri is late and reaches lko läte. Best option is 13005.
Instead if time is suitable for you, I would say go for 12369 Kumbh Express from HWH, It wont disappoint you for sure.
In terms of cleanliness, punctuality, food and railfanning go with howrah rajdhani between Howarh-kanpur and from kanpur u can easily get no of transport or local\express\superfast train to lko travel time not more than 2hrs
