which of the following gets cleared in which order?
tatkal wl , gnwl , pqwl

so why people don't take tatkal wl instead of gnwl ???
u can see from most seat aval that there r less wl 4 tatkal than 4 gnwl.but according 2 u tatkal wl confirms 1st.
like if we have tatkal wl 55 & gnwl 45 1st tatkal will get cleared 4 all 55 then only 45 gnwl will get cleared???

which means there is some quota seats alloted like say 40 for tatkal.
so a tatkal wl can be cleared upto those 40 seats only & rest 15 r again wl

I think there will be some advantage for Tatkal tickets over General tickets for getting confirmed, as Railways is getting more money from a Tatkal ticket. So, if a Tatkal ticket is unconfirmed, it means Railways have to return more money than for a General waitlisted ticket
