Currently no doubt on Chakradharpur division of SER, They are doing there best but only problem is getting dedicated trains and improving facilities in yard.
A new division HQ at Rourkela will always welcomed.

If Chakradharpur division is passed to ECoR and Waltair to SCR then I think it'll be beneficial for IR.

Actually Chakradharpur division is excellent in terms of platform maintenance,
and there is no regional problem with Rourkela or Jharsuguda also.
Problem is only lack of trains and yard.
If CKD will be with ECoR then i feel problems will only increase, not decrease
