When a Natural disaster strikes, things like transportation get affected badly! During the Floods of Dec 2015, that badly affected Chennai and other important coastal towns and cities of Tamilnadu, Rail transport was one which bore the brunt to the maximum extent. In this video you can see the Bangalore Chennai mail which was short terminated at Ambattur, the horribly late running Mangalore mail and also another late runner - the Trivandrum bound Ahilyanagari express. The Bangalore mail left for Bangalore from MSB [Chennai Beach] the next day, and didn't go to Chennai Central at all.

in SBC MAIL pic the logo of the loco belongs to RPM Shed and the markings belong to ED Shed
loco belonged to RPM till july 2015. So they might not have repainted it. Just gave ed name..
