HWH P7 is not a big deal'
Does Offlink only means Locos from other sheds/zones? 13132 never ever gets any P7 leave alone HWH p7. So teaming it as a huge Offlink is apt.
AFAIK, Offlink is actually the Loco which gets rarely seen with any particular train, doesn't matter if the Loco shed is very near to the homezone of the train. If that train doesn't get that class of Loco regularly, then it is an Offlink. Even if a train gets P4 regularly and one day ...
