There is no direct train link for Somnath to Dwarka. But there are many ST buses that takes you to reach Dwarka from Somnath and back. Once you reach Somnath you need to rest and spend a night there. And next day or after few days go to Dwarka by bus or private vehicle.

There are regular express buses between Somnath and Dwarka, via Porbandar. a birth place of Gandhiji. And this route is coastal highway. Roads are good, take any express bus, you will reach from either direction.
