CNF means Confirmed this shows that your ticket is Confirmed. if u book u r ticket when berths are avilable it will show berth No and coach no also. If u book in WL and if u r ticket is confirmed it will show as CNF. but the berth number will be shown after Chart preparation. (Normally 4 Hrs before Departure.)
PQ/RL Means a quota for some other stations in between Departure and Originating Stations. some berths will be allotted those stations. GN quota is different and PQ/RL quota is different. Means a quota between GEN and RL stations Quota. This Quota is shared between some stations. RL is a main station which was not covered in GEN quota where berths are allotted separately only for that station.But Quantity of berths ae low copared to GEN Quota.
For example PRASHANTI EXPRESS (BBS-SBC) is starting from BBS via VSKP. for this train VSKP comes under GEN Quota not RL/PQ quota for same train BZA comes under RL Quota.
