What happened near agc-Ndls section all trains toward ndls running 3-4 hour late..

Is that the reason for Yesterday's 12296 Sangamitra running 6 hrs late?
But it usually makes up during BZA - MAS section.For the few times I traveled, even though it was late by 3 - 4 hrs in the ALD -ET, it made up and was only 30 to 45 min late when it reached MAS.
Yeah yesterday tracks of Allahabad and Mughalsarai were water logged so passing trains at caution hence all trains heavily delayed.
