Once again ECR proves it's mettle of being one of the worst Zones of Indian Railways in Terms on Cleanness. In the recent Cleanness Survey conducted by IRCTC, ECR is at 2nd last spot just above NCR. I mean, I can't understand how a zone can be that much pathetic and lethargic about everything whether it's about completing projects on time or Cleanness or Management. For ECR development means only Patna, nothing else. No need to focus on other places.
Regarding this bad performance of ECR in cleanness survey, I tweeted to GM and asked for his reply. He forwarded the tweet to all DRMs, let's see what kind of explanation they have.

MFP is the most dirtiest A1 category station of ECR and is at 68th position out of 75 A1 category stations of Indian Railways in terms of Cleanness. Pune is the Most dirtiest A1 category station of India and the only station of this category to be Level 5 of the cleanness Survey.
And at-last one more commitment from the GM of ECR that they will do their best to improve this pathetic condition of MFP and other stations of ECR. Lets see whether he stands with his commitments or these are just blank promises.
