And even they can add few routes Delhi-Guwahati via PNBE, New jalpaiguri-Howrah, Mumbai - Chennai , Secunderabad-Bangalore.
On routes where not more than 200 ac coaches not being operated daily, there will not be enough traffic to justify investment in High speed trains.
In order to make HST successful daily passengers of the order of 1 lac per day is required on the route. That quantum of passengers is possible only on a few routes in India and that too only if Middle class and to some extent lower middle class people could afford the HST fares.

I support you to some extent there should be high income traffic flow in that section. I dont think Bilaspur Nagpur and Nagpur Sc are that feasible but upgradation of these lines will benefit N-S and E-W operations. They should extend Nlds Chandigarh up to amristar which has high traffic potential.
Inclusion of both sections are indeed surprising. Even 1 full length ac train shall be hardly run full on these routes. Only reason of inclusion of the two sections could be their conjunction to the Mumbai-Nagpur & Delhi-Nagpur high speed train routes being studied and the later being declared as second HST route after Mumbai-Ahmedabad.
