First of all, where is the money to improve services? we can complain everyday about maintenance, punctuality but bottom line is, all these were ignored for want of money until Prabhu took over. And fares of Raj and shatabdis should have been kept on the higher side for many years but obv not done for reasons well known. All working classes of people expect hike in their salary every year or so and just like that they should be ready to spend more for services.
